This page explains what information HyperHuman Studio collects when you visit this website or buy from us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to deliver your files and help you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- When you buy: checkout is handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We never see your card details. Paddle shares your order with us (your email, what you bought and your country) so we can deliver your files and help you if something goes wrong. Paddle's handling of your data is covered by Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Your cart: the items in your cart are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. This stays on your device.
What we don't do
We don't have user accounts, we don't run advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Services we use
- Paddle: checkout, payments, tax and receipts. When you open checkout, Paddle's script loads and may use cookies to process your payment and prevent fraud.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, stores the pack files and delivers your downloads. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
- Google Fonts: provides the website's font, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as we need them to support your purchase and to meet tax and accounting rules. Emails are kept for as long as they're useful for helping you.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@hyperhuman.studio. For anything about your payment, you can also contact Paddle directly.
Children
This website isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
