These terms apply when you buy or download anything from HyperHuman Studio at this website. By completing a checkout, you agree to them.

HyperHuman Studio is based in Oregon, USA. You can reach us at support@hyperhuman.studio.
Who processes your order
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
What you're buying
HyperIris iris packs are digital files: 3D models (OBJ) and texture maps (EXR) of human irises. Each pack page describes what's included. Nothing physical is shipped. The HyperIris plugin for Maya is free.
Your license
Each purchase gives you a license to use the pack, not ownership of the files. What you can do depends on the license you choose:
- Personal: one seat, for learning, portfolio and personal projects.
- Commercial: one seat, for client work, commercial films, ads and other paid projects.
- Studio: up to 10 seats, for feature films, series and large productions.
The full license terms come with your download and take priority over this summary. Under every license, you may not resell, share or redistribute the pack files themselves, on their own or as part of another asset pack.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. Paddle calculates it and shows the total before you pay.
Delivery
Your downloads appear on the downloads page as soon as payment goes through and stay available for 48 hours. Please save the files somewhere safe. If you need them again later, email us with your receipt and we'll send a fresh link.

HyperIris Plugin
The HyperIris plugin is provided free of charge and as is. Please keep backups of your scenes when using it.
Our responsibility
We work hard to make sure every pack is complete and works as described. Apart from what this page and the law where you live require, the files and plugin are provided "as is", and our total responsibility for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
